TODEC Legal Center Inc is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering immigrant communities through comprehensive legal services. With a mission to promote economic, social, educational, and civic self-sufficiency, TODEC provides equitable access to information, immigration legal services, community education, advocacy, and civic engagement for limited and non-English speaking individuals, including immigrants and migrant workers throughout Riverside, San Bernardino, Inyo, and Imperial counties.

At the Victorville office, located at 14335 Hesperia Rd Suite 116, Victorville, CA 92395, TODEC offers a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of the High Desert community. These services include:

• Immigration Legal Services: Assistance with family-based visa petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, and green card renewals.
• Citizenship and Naturalization: Guidance through the naturalization process, including N-400 applications, fee waivers, and exam preparation.
• DACA Renewals and Support: Support for DACA recipients to maintain their protected status and work authorization.
• Victim of Crime Visas (U-Visas and VAWA): Confidential legal assistance for immigrant victims of domestic violence and other serious crimes.

TODEC's approach is holistic, focusing not only on legal representation but also on community empowerment. The organization actively organizes, educates, and uplifts the communities it serves, ensuring that individuals are informed and empowered at every stage of their legal journey. Services are provided in both English and Spanish, ensuring accessibility for a diverse clientele.
