Todec Legal Center Inc is a dedicated organization committed to empowering disenfranchised immigrant communities in Riverside, San Bernardino, and Imperial counties. Established in 1984, TODEC focuses on promoting economic, social, educational, and civic self-sufficiency, while enhancing individual self-esteem and community health. The center provides equitable access to information, immigration legal services, community education, advocacy, and civic engagement for limited and non-English speaking individuals, including immigrants and migrant workers.

Located at 234 S D St, Suite 14B, Perris, CA 92570, TODEC operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The center is closed on Sundays.
