TODEC Legal Center Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering disenfranchised immigrant communities in California's Inland Empire and Coachella Valley. With over four decades of service, TODEC has been a hub for healing, organizing, advocacy, and community transformation, led by the people who live and work in rural, inland communities.

Our mission is to ensure equitable access to information, immigration legal services, community education, advocacy, and civic engagement for limited and non-English speaking individuals, including immigrants and migrant workers. We offer a range of services, including legal assistance, policy advocacy, community organizing, and civic engagement programs.
