Medi-Cal Planning
We assist clients in preserving assets when nursing home care is needed, protecting homes from Medi-Cal claims, and qualifying for Medi-Cal benefits. Our services also include court petitions to protect assets from Medi-Cal claims when a spouse is in a nursing home and incapacitated.

Probate Proceedings

Wright, Attorney at Law, has been practicing since 2015 and is passionate about helping clients protect their assets and plan for their future. Larry L. Wright, Attorney at Law, has been practicing since 1991 and specializes in elder law, estate planning, and Medi-Cal planning. Linda Wright, Office Manager, has been providing support since 1991 and has a strong understanding and compassion for the needs of our clients. Kristin Mealer, Office Manager, joined our practice in 2015 and leads the way in meeting the various needs of our diverse clients.
