With over 35 years of combined experience, our team offers affordable alternatives to high-priced law firms, providing a higher level of customer service and expertise in areas such as unlawful detainer proceedings, process serving, small claims, judgment enforcement, and tenant screening and placement services. We are members of the Apartment Association of the Greater Inland Empire (AAGIE) and the California Apartment Association (CAA), and are registered and bonded as an Unlawful Detainer Assistant in Riverside County. Our commitment is to respect the rights of both landlords and tenants, making the eviction process easier for all parties involved. We also support local communities by dedicating time to Crime Free Multi-Housing programs in various cities.
