Rollston, Henderson & Johnson, Ltd. is a law firm that has served South Lake Tahoe and the Sierra since 1980. Our firm combines the talents of highly skilled and experienced lawyers and a full support staff to assist you with legal issues and concerns.

Our managing partner, Michael K. Johnson, received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law. Mike was licensed in Nevada in 1997, in California in 1998, and in Colorado in 2002 (inactive). He serves as a judge pro tem in Douglas County Tahoe Township Justice Court, Dispute Resolution Conference judge pro tem in El Dorado County Superior Court, and is a qualified arbitrator for the Nevada Court Annexed Arbitration program. He is also on the State Bar of Nevada discipline screening panel (Northern). Mike is a member of the Washoe and Douglas County Bar Associations.

Mike's law practice includes business and corporation law, civil litigation, real estate, construction, collection of commercial debts, appeals, insurance defense, contract law, environmental law, Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) issues, insurance law, and Federal Court practice.

Clients represented by Mike include ski areas, casinos, real estate brokers and developers, governmental entities, homeowners associations, hotels, and a wide variety of businesses and individuals.
