Our Team:

Kerry Riordan Sykes is a Principal at Riordan Sykes McFadden, P.C. She joined her father at the Law Offices of Jack Riordan in 1994, focusing her practice on wills, estate planning, and probate. After his passing in 2005, Kerry continued the family legacy in his name until 2015 when she formed the law corporation of Riordan Sykes McFadden, P.C. Continuing in the family business of her father and grandfather, Kerry has assisted hundreds of Bay Area families with their probate and trust matters. Prior to beginning her estate planning practice, she was a research attorney for Judge Ira Brown at the San Francisco Superior Court and thereafter, practiced civil defense litigation. She graduated from St. Mary’s College in California with a B.A. in Political Science; going on to earn an M.A. in International Relations from San Francisco State University, a J.D. from the University of San Francisco, and an LL.M in Taxation from Golden Gate University.

Maureen S. McFadden is a Principal at Riordan Sykes McFadden, P.C. She has been practicing law since 1997, focusing on estate planning, trusts, and probate. Maureen graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in English and earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She is a member of the State Bar of California and has been recognized for her contributions to the field of estate planning.
