One Safe Place

One Safe Place is a dedicated center in San Marcos, CA, committed to assisting individuals who have experienced family violence, elder abuse, child abuse, hate crimes, human trafficking, and other forms of victimization. As the North County Family Justice Center, we provide a safe and judgment-free environment where survivors can access a range of no-cost support services under one roof. Our comprehensive services include case management, trauma therapy, forensic medical exams, legal assistance, child services, and connections to numerous community partners. We are uniquely prepared to serve both children and adults who have experienced trauma and abuse, designated as a Trauma Recovery Center by California’s Victim Compensation Board and nationally accredited as a Child Advocacy Center. Our mission is to empower individuals to move forward with their lives, offering hope, healing, and justice to all who seek our assistance.
