Located at 110 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95030, the Office of the Town Attorney serves as the legal advisor to the Town Council, staff, and various town agencies. The office offers a comprehensive range of legal services, including:

• Legal Advice and Services: Providing guidance to the Town Council, officials, departments, employees, boards, and commissions.
• Document Review and Drafting: Reviewing and drafting contracts, ordinances, resolutions, staff reports, and other necessary documents.
• Transaction Negotiation: Advising on property acquisitions and land use decisions.
• Representation: Representing the town's legal interests before judicial and administrative agencies, including prosecuting violations of the Municipal Code in criminal court.
• Claims Processing: Evaluating and processing personal injury, property damage, and other monetary claims against or on behalf of the town.
• Litigation Management: Overseeing all litigation involving the town, including supervising outside special counsel.
• Risk Management: Assisting in the administration of the town's liability insurance and risk management program.
