O.L.A. RAZA, Inc. is a grassroots non-profit organization dedicated to providing immigration and citizenship services to new immigrants, low-income individuals, and students. Established in 1978, we have been a leader in California, assisting tens of thousands of families in navigating the immigration process. Our services include reasonably priced consultations and client-recommended quality service, ensuring that each client becomes an active participant in their immigration case. Our staff is deeply committed to our mission, with many being former farm workers or immigrants themselves, bilingual in English and Spanish, and culturally attuned to the communities we serve.
Our Immigrants Rights Centers in Porterville, Visalia, and Bakersfield have helped numerous families attain the American dream of becoming eligible for United States citizenship. We offer a range of services, including work permits, family-based visas, adjustment of status, VAWA/U-Visa cases, citizenship assistance, waivers, motions to reopen, FBI background checks, and FOIA immigration record requests. Our approach is based on community education, where clients learn the "hows, whys, and dos and don'ts" of the immigration process, leading to a high success rate in naturalization and active participation in the political process.
At O.L.A. RAZA, Inc., we are committed to making the legal system accessible to Spanish-speaking and new immigrants, ensuring that our clients receive the support and guidance they need to achieve their immigration goals.
