The Madera County District Attorney's Office is dedicated to serving the public in the pursuit of truth and justice. Led by District Attorney Sally O. Moreno, our office is committed to the vigorous prosecution of those who violate the law, while protecting the rights of victims.

Our Mission

Our mission is to ensure that the rights of crime victims are enforced and that victims have a meaningful voice throughout the criminal justice process. We collaborate with other community agencies to ensure that additional needs and services are available to those affected by crime.

We offer a range of services, including:

• U-Visa & T-Visa assistance
• Victim support and advocacy
• Special prosecution units focusing on narcotics, investigations, prison crimes, DUI, juvenile cases, and sexual assault

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Parking: Public parking structure and street parking are available. Prospective jurors who have been summoned for the Madera Court location may park free of charge at the parking structure located off of "G" Street.

Directions:

From the NORTH: Take the Central Madera exit. At the stop sign, turn left. At the next stop sign, turn left onto Sixth Street. Turn right on South "G" Street. The parking lot is on your right.

From the SOUTH: Take the CA-145/Madera Ave. exit. Turn slight right onto South "G" Street, at the stop sign, turn right. Take the next right, parking lot is on your left.

From HIGHWAY 41: Take a right on Hwy 145 to Madera, approximately 14 miles, Hwy 145 turns into Yosemite Ave upon entering Madera. Turn Left onto S. Gateway Dr. Turn right onto W. 6th Street. Turn left onto South "G" Street. The parking lot is on your right.
