• Estate Plan Package - This comprehensive package includes the Living Trust Package and adds an Advanced Healthcare Directive, Durable Power of Attorney for Finances, and Final Arrangements. Pricing is $1,150 for singles and $1,250 for married couples.
• Amendments and Codicils - Services to make changes to your existing Living Trust document, with fees typically ranging from $200 to $300.
• Deed Transfers - Adding or removing a person from the title to real property you own, with service fees ranging from $200 to $250 per deed, plus notary and recorder's fees.
• Special Needs Trusts - Ensuring your disabled adult child can inherit property without losing their governmental benefits, with a service fee of $300 when added to a Living Trust or Estate Plan Package.
• Probate Matters - Assistance with the process of administering a deceased person's estate, with service fees ranging from $5,500 to $6,500, plus court file fees and other costs.
• Conservatorship (Limited) - Court proceedings where a judge gives a responsible person certain rights to care for another adult who has a developmental disability, with a service fee of $1,950, plus court file fees and other costs.
