Our founder, Joseph D. Castagno, B.A., J.D., earned his Bachelor's Degree from Loyola Marymount University in 1980 and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 1983. He began his private law practice in 1983 and has been practicing exclusively in South Orange County since 1994. Mr. Castagno has served as a Superior Court Judge Pro Tem, Superior Court Family Mediator, and Court-Appointed Attorney to represent minors in child custody cases. He has been active in various community organizations, including "Laura's House," AYSO, Laguna Niguel Little League, Y-Indian Guides, Monarch Beach / Sunrise Rotary International Club, Business Network International, Mission Lutheran Church, the Laguna Niguel Business Club, and the South Orange County Bar Association, where he has served as an Officer for three years and also served on the Board of Directors. He has been a resident of South Orange County since 1990.
