Our primary focus is on securing Protective Supervision benefits for children diagnosed with developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Founded in August 2010, IHSS Advocates has successfully contracted with hundreds of families, obtaining millions of dollars in benefits. Our mission is to increase the number of eligible families receiving Protective Supervision, a vital resource that allows parents or caregivers to earn an income while providing essential care at home. Despite its significance, only a small percentage of eligible families currently benefit from this service, often due to lack of awareness or denial of applications. IHSS Advocates is committed to changing this by guiding families step-by-step through the process.

Our team, led by CEO Larry Rosen, brings both professional expertise and personal experience to the table. Mr. Rosen's son, Benjamin, was diagnosed with Autism at a young age, providing him with firsthand insight into the challenges families face. This personal connection drives our passion and dedication to supporting families in similar situations.
