Meet Our Attorneys:

Erik J. Hammett is a founding partner with extensive experience in criminal defense and appellate law. He has successfully handled numerous trial-level cases and appeals, including reversing significant attorney fee awards. Mr. Hammett holds a Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California Riverside.

Jemima Maria Galan is also a founding partner, specializing in criminal defense, post-conviction relief, and appellate law. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she has worked as a Certified Law Clerk for the Riverside County Public Defenders Office and served as the Chief Executive Editor of the University of La Verne College of Law Law Review Journal. Ms. Galan earned her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California Irvine.
