Haden Law Office

Haden Law Office is a family-run firm serving the Merced area for over 50 years. We assist clients in Merced and surrounding counties with various legal issues, including business and real estate matters, estate planning, and appeals. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our clients, providing quick and effective problem resolution. We emphasize understanding client needs and explaining legal matters clearly to empower clients in decision-making.

Our team includes:

• Robert Haden, Founder and Retired Attorney: Born and raised in the Central Valley, Robert graduated summa cum laude from the University of the Americas in Puebla, Mexico, and earned his law degree from Golden Gate College of Law in San Francisco in 1980. He retired from the practice of law in February 2024.
• Emily Haden, Attorney: A native Mercedian, Emily graduated from Merced High in 1999 and from Beloit College in Wisconsin in 2003. She earned her law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in Sacramento in 2009.
