Financial Lawyers Conference

Financial Lawyers Conference is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering a professional association of lawyers specializing in commercial, banking, and bankruptcy law. Established to promote a better understanding of these areas, the conference sponsors monthly MCLE programs from September through June and an annual seminar each March. These events feature guest speakers and panels discussing current issues in finance, banking, commercial law, and bankruptcy. The annual seminar alternates between commercial finance and insolvency topics, led by distinguished law professors. Additionally, the conference holds "Nuts and Bolts" programs to introduce younger attorneys to commercial finance transactions and corporate insolvency issues.

Located at 638 Lindero Canyon Road, Agoura Hills, CA 91377, the Financial Lawyers Conference serves attorneys from Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego Counties. Their mission is to foster a professional association of lawyers dedicated to the promotion of a better understanding of commercial, banking, and bankruptcy law.
