Castillo Immigration Law, P.C. has been dedicated to providing affordable and professional legal representation to immigrants and their families since September 2010. Our mission is to offer low-cost legal services, conduct 'know your rights' trainings, and create a space for community education and empowerment. We are committed to challenging unjust laws and protecting the rights of migrants, workers, victims, and families. Our office is located in Montebello, California, near East Los Angeles, strengthening our longstanding relationships with local colleges and organizations. We specialize in various immigration services, including:

• Removal (Deportation) Defense: Representing clients in detained and non-detained matters, appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and applications for relief before the Immigration Court.
• Affirmative Applications before USCIS: Assisting with adjustment of status (residency, green card), asylum or Temporary Protected Status (TPS) applications, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and U-Visa applications for victims, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), and provisional waivers (I-601A waivers).
• Criminal Conviction Advisals and Referrals: Providing support for immigrants with criminal convictions affecting their immigration status, including reducing sentences, minimizing immigration consequences, and advising criminal counsel on the best strategies moving forward.

Our goal is to make legal services accessible to the community, recognizing that navigating the legal system can be expensive, time-consuming, and confusing. As community lawyers, we strive to provide effective assistance to working-class and low-income communities who generally cannot access the legal system.
