Camp Pendleton Defense Services Organization (DSO) is dedicated to providing zealous, ethical, and effective defense counsel services to Marines and Sailors facing administrative, non-judicial, and judicial actions. Our mission is to protect and promote due process, statutory, and constitutional rights, ensuring the military justice system remains fair and just.

Our Services Include:

• Legal Representation: Defending Marines in courts-martial and other military legal proceedings.
• Legal Guidance: Offering advice on rights, potential defenses, and the legal process.
• Evidence Gathering: Assisting in the investigation of cases and compiling evidence.
• Client Advocacy: Working to secure the best possible outcomes for our clients, whether through trial or plea deals.
• Education: Informing Marines about their legal rights and relevant issues.

Walk-In Services:

Walk-in services are conducted at the Defense Services Office (DSO) in Area 22, Building 22163, 1st Deck, across from the gym. Services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Marines must arrive no later than 12:45 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays, or 8:00 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, to receive an introductory brief explaining basic rights and obligations before meeting with an attorney. For alternative meeting times, please contact the branch office to request scheduling based on the availability of defense attorneys.
