Founded in 1966, CRLA provides free legal assistance and community education to over 43,000 low-income rural Californians annually. To receive assistance, please have your Permanent Residency Card on hand. For walk-in services, bring your Social Security Number or Permanent Residency Card. Appointments are available; please bring your Permanent Residency Card.
