Elizabeth McDonough Barry focuses on estate planning, probate, trust law, conservatorship, guardianship, special needs trust creation and administration, and accountings. She also handles business formation and management, including consulting agreements, leases, employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, buy-sell agreements, franchise agreements, and business sale documentation. Additionally, she provides risk management counseling and advises clients ranging from small businesses to nationally known corporations. Mrs. Barry served on the City of Upland's city council from 1991 to 1998 and as Mayor Pro Tempore for two years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University and graduated from Western State University College of Law in 1992. She is licensed to practice in all California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Roy A. Barry specializes in contested probate, estate, and trust matters; conservatorship and guardianship law; accounting disputes; title and leasehold disputes; business litigation; family law; and all aspects of mediated dispute resolution. He began his legal career in New York in 1988, practicing commercial and consumer contract law and civil litigation before establishing a California practice in 1997. Mr. Barry graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 1988 and the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1985. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics, with minors in business and French language. He is licensed to practice in all California, New York, and New Jersey state courts and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Central District of California and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the United States Tax Court. Mr. Barry is a member of the California State Bar Association (Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust section; Family Law; and Litigation Sections) and the Western San Bernardino County Bar Association. He serves as a director on the board of directors of the Pomona Valley Estate Planning Council and is a director and past president of Upland Rotary. He is also a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus and has served as a past Grand Knight for Knights of Columbus Council 8238 in Yorba Linda.
