Ashland City Attorney is dedicated to providing comprehensive legal services to the City of Ashland, Oregon. Our team represents and advises the Mayor, City Council, Ashland Parks and Recreation Commission, and other city departments on a wide range of legal matters. We prepare ordinances and resolutions for adoption by the City Council, offer opinions on general municipal law issues, represent the city in litigation, and prosecute misdemeanors and code violations in Ashland Municipal Court. Additionally, we handle legal matters related to land use regulations and provide services related to land sales, acquisitions, and leases.
